they are definitely not the same. this is why it is so important to do a little research before you buy.
some things to look for is the amount of resveratrol extract contained in the supplement (measured in mg). more is not always better. look for 150mg-300mg.
also resveratrol made with red wine or grape seed extract is pricier than those made with japanese knotweed.
